This machine can make samples for Tensile, Rheometer and Mooney Viscometer. It is easy to operator and suitable for many kinds of knife.

knives can be fixed to the cutting machine or just put on the samples and can be moved.

1)Cutting with the fixed knives：

Fixed the knife to the cutting machine, put the Nylon board on the lower base of the cutting machine, put the sample on the Nylon board and adjust it to the centre of the knife.

Press the left button by left hand and then press the right button by right hand. Knife will be moved down and cut the sample. When finished cutting, loose the right hand, knife will be moved up to the initial place and then loose the left hand. The sample will be removed from the knife automatically.

Fixed knives：

2)Cutting with the moved knives：

There is a plate fixed to the cutting machine. put the Nylon board on the lower base of the cutting machine, put the sample on the Nylon board and then put the knife on the right place of the sample, adjust it to the centre of the plate.

Press the left button by left hand and then press the right button by right hand. Plate will be moved down and press on the knife, then cut the sample. When finished cutting, loose the right hand, plate will be moved up to the initial place and then loose the left hand. Moving the sample from the knife by hand.

Moved knives：

Note: Other knives, if the size can be less than (160*60*35)mm, can be used under this cutting machine

Notice and Maintain

When cutting, ensure that the surface of the knife blade  parallel to the surface of  the nylon board .

When cutting,  the knife blade cannot be touched on hard materials, to avoid being damged.

If for long time not using, the knife shall be antirust by oil.

The press air need be clean before into the machine.

when not using, the cutting machine need to be covered with the dust cover and anti-oil, dust, erosion.
